John McFarland

John McFarland leads PGE’s commercial, customer, and digital technology groups, including origination, structuring, power operations, customer service, energy products, key account management, and information technology.

McFarland rejoined PGE in 2024 and has over 20 years of experience across the Energy, Automotive, and Consumer Products industries with a focus on general management, operations, and product development. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of FirstElement Fuel Inc. and held leadership positions at General Motors and Procter & Gamble. Mr. McFarland served as PGE’s Chief Customer Officer from 2019-2022.
