Daniel White is a Director of Business Development for National Grid Partners, the corporate venture and innovation arm of National Grid Plc, an organization he helped establish at National Grid in 2018.  Prior to National Grid, Daniel was president of Thimbleberry Research L.L.C., a finance and strategy consulting firm he founded in 2017 shortly after leaving The Boston Consulting Group.  Before BCG, he was a finance manager at Intel Capital, where he led finance activities for the Enterprise and New Devices investment sectors and helped deal teams close several million dollars in venture investments.  Daniel held several finance and strategy roles over the course of his 10-year career at Intel, and he began his career in the institutional equity research group at D.A. Davidson & Co.  Daniel is a CFA charter holder and a licensed CPA.  He has an MBA with distinction from Cornell University and graduated magna cum laude from the College of Idaho.
