Morgan Steacy

Morgan Steacy is the Vice President of Connections & Strategic Accounts at National Grid in Massachusetts. Her team manages customer relationships and helps new customers connect to our networks; electric, gas, distributed generation, and large-scale renewable energy.
Before joining National Grid, Morgan worked in business development at a startup backed by NVIDIA. She held leadership and account management positions at GE Vernova. She focuses on using customer insights, market trends, and regulatory policies to create strong partnerships.
Morgan is dedicated to building a talent pipeline for the energy sector. She has been involved in leadership roles with Edison Electric Institute, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Boston Young Professionals in Energy, Babson’s Women’s Network, and the IEEE Power and Energy Society Scholarship Plus program.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master's in Engineering Management from Tufts University.
