Jason Wild

Jason Wild, CEO of Wild Innovation and Partner, Paradox Strategies, advises leaders and companies on strategy, innovation, culture, and AI, drawing on senior roles at Microsoft, Salesforce, and IBM. At Microsoft, he led strategy for an elite innovation team; at Salesforce, he built Ignite into an award-winning global team; and at IBM, he led customer innovation worldwide and helped launch multi-billion-dollar growth businesses.

He has led innovation work in 40 countries for clients including NATO, Disney, Repsol, Xcel Energy, Singapore’s government, Walmart, Enel, and Zara.

Jason co-authored the best-selling book Genius at Scale: How Great Leaders Drive Innovation with Harvard Business School’s Dr. Linda A. Hill, published by Harvard Business Review Press in March 2026. His work has been featured by Harvard Business Review, Fortune, Wall St. Journal, and Genius at Scale is endorsed by Brené Brown and DBS Group CEO Tan Su Shan.
Financial Times highlighted Genius at Scale as one of its four books to read from the month of April 2026.

He now advises CEOs and teams on scaling innovation and speaks globally on transformation, leadership, and AI. He holds an MBA from Emory University, graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University Chicago, is fluent in Spanish, and lives in the New York area.
