His path to this role reflects a deliberate career built around complex challenges. Since joining Dominion Energy in 2015, he has had the privilege of leading across a wide range of executive and strategic functions — environmental services, learning & development, HR communications, executive strategy, sustainability, and corporate communications. That breadth has shaped how he thinks: Jason brings an enterprise-wide perspective to every partnership conversation. Before Dominion Energy, he built his foundation in leadership roles at Waste Management, Inc., the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality, and the U.S. Navy — experiences that instilled a strong sense of mission, accountability, and long-term strategy.
