Erika Schimmel Guiles

Erika Schimmel-Guiles is currently the Director of Portfolio & Project Management at SDG&E. She leads an organization focused on capital project execution, portfolio governance and project controls, quality assurance and financial support services. During her nineteen years at SDG&E she has held various roles across operations, customer and support services, and project management. Erika is a native Californian, an alumni of USD (undergrad) and SDSU (MBA), is married and has two children. She is on the Board of Trustees for Blood Cancer United, formerly Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and has been an avid volunteer for over seventeen years.
